SCADA

SIEMENS PLC & SCADA based Material Handling System

We have automated the tile manufacturing plant with recipe control from SCADA. We have integrated SIEMENS and SCHNIDER SCADA with Siemens s7 200 and SCHNIDER M340 PLC and VFDs. The Auto/Manual operation of plant is equipped with bypass system using contactors so that manual operation can be done even if there is no PLC and SCADA. The colour combination of tiles can be set from SCADA and the materials amount can be given from SCADA.
